ICSQ Volunteer Opportunities
The International Conference on Software Quality (ICSQ) is run each year
by volunteers. As a volunteer-based
organization, ICSQ is always looking for new volunteers to bring new
energy and fresh ideas to our conference. Volunteers are
needed to:
-
Review paper and tutorial proposals
-
Act as session moderators during the
conference
-
Market the conference
-
Coordinate with our sponsors and
exhibitors
-
Compile the proceedings
Benefits of
being an ICSQ volunteer:
-
Professional
contacts: You will have an opportunity to network with
other software quality professionals and experts from around the
country and even around the world.
-
Personal &
professional development: You will have an opportunity to
increase your organizational and leadership skills as well as to gain
software quality engineering knowledge.
-
Giving to the
community: Volunteering gives you the chance to make a
contribution to the Software Quality Engineering community through
helping to provide a valuable resource to the dissemination of
knowledge and skills.
-
Certified
Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) recertification units: If
you are a CSQE, you can earn CSQE recertification units by working on
an ICSQ committee.
-
Complimentary
registration to ICSQ: If you make a significant
contribution to an ICSQ conference, you will be recognized with a
complimentary registration to that conference.
