  • Paper Submissions:  Draft copy of the Paper and completed Technical Presentation Submission Form due to Rufus Turpin

  • Panel Submissions:  Technical Presentation Submission Form detailing panel submission due to Rufus Turpin

  • Panel Submissions:  Technical Presentation Submission Form detailing panel submission due to Rufus Turpin

May 16, 2003    

  • Notification of accepted papers, panels & tutorials

June 13,   2003

  • Accepted Papers:  Final copy of paper and License Agreement due to Rufus Turpin

August 1, 2003  

  • Accepted Papers & Panel Sessions:  Final presentation visuals file and A-V Request form to Rufus Turpin

  • Accepted Tutorials:  Final copies of student materials for tutorials, License Agreement and A-V Request form due to Karen Bishop-Stone  

September 3, 2003 

  • Accepted Papers & Panel Sessions:  Send Travel Itinerary to Rufus Turpin

  • Accepted Tutorials:  Send Travel Itinerary to Karen Bishop-Stone
